Joseph Campbell was perhaps the world’s foremost scholar of Mythology. In 1988,millions were introduced to his ideas by the broadcast on PBS of “Joseph Campbell and The Power of Myth with Bill Moyers”.It was six hours of a lengthy conversation that the two men had videotaped over the course of several years. It remains a classic documentary shown periodically on PBS. The most popular idea and quotes expressed by Campbell were for people to “Follow Your Bliss”.

“My general formula for my students is “Follow your bliss.” Find where it is, and don’t be afraid to follow it… doors will open where you would not have thought there would be doors, and where there wouldn’t be a door for anyone else.~ Joseph Campbell
