DANCING AND RIGHT BRAIN

For those who want to be directly aware of the right brain, dancing offers an excellent opportunity to experience its special qualities…dancing requires the ability of the body to flow with the rhythm of the music…there are no words or thoughts explaining the process and so completely dependent on feelings…it is also necessary to be in the present without concern for a future goal.
