There are many benefits in communicating with our subconscious mind… one popular technique is through some basic form of mantra meditation…my primary interest is an awareness of spiritual surrender generally not available through our conscious mind…and find the words “surrender” and “let go” particularly effective in freeing one from an unnecessary ego expectation…these words need to be sincerely repeated over a period of time and take on the form of a prayer.

“The mantra becomes one’s staff of life and carries one through every ordeal. Each repetition has a new meaning, carrying you nearer and nearer to God.”~Mahatma Gandhi

“Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality.” ~Earl Nightingale

“You affect your subconscious mind by verbal repetition.” ~W. Clement Stone

“These repetitive words and phrases are merely methods of convincing the subconscious mind.” ~ Claude M. Bristol

“The possibilities of creative effort connected with the subconscious mind are stupendous and imponderable. They inspire one with awe.” ~Napoleon Hill

“The person with a fixed goal, a clear picture of his desire, or an ideal always before him, causes it, through repetition, to be buried deeply in his subconscious mind and is thus enabled, thanks to its generative and sustaining power, to realize his goal in a minimum of time and with a minimum of physical effort. Just pursue the thought unceasingly. Step by step you will achieve realization, for all your faculties and powers become directed to that end.”~Claude M. Bristol

“It is psychological law that whatever we desire to accomplish we must impress upon the subjective or subconscious mind.”~Orison Swett Marden

“Only one thing registers on the subconscious mind: repetitive application – practice. What you practice is what you manifest.”~Fay Weldon

“We must realize that the subconscious mind is the law of action and always expresses what the conscious mind has impressed on it. What we regularly entertain in our mind creates a conception of self. What we conceive ourselves to be, we become.”~Grace Speare
