FOLLOW YOUR HEART

We tend to be primarily self-centered while the experience of being heart-centered becomes secondary and often to be distrusted….most of our social conditioning encouraged us to have a successful personal self and its failure becomes our responsibility…as a result we become obsessed with meeting its expectations…however being heart-centered has a much greater intelligence and can lead us more wisely in our interaction with life…it is in the giving up of being primarily self-centered do we become aware of the extraordinary power of being heart-centered…..a dramatic transformation occurs when we become primarily heart-centered while self-centered is seen only as a secondary adaptive mechanism.

“Believe that things will work out… follow your intuition and curiosity… trust your heart even when it leads you off the well-worn path… You have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future… The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it… Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”~ Steve Jobs

“Everyone has been made for some particular work, and the desire for that work has been put in every heart.”
— Mevlana Rumi
