“The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education” ~ Albert Einstein

We often talk about intuition but are usually uncertain as to what it means…what makes it so difficult to understand is its mysterious origin and our receiving the message as feelings or images rather than logical thoughts or ideas.

Science now understands that the whole universe is interconnected and not as we assumed made up of separate pieces…most importantly the illusion of having a separate personal self with its own story is a falsehood.

The best way for us to sense the interrelatedness of life is through our intuitive feelings….the rational mind separates every thing into parts, which has been very effective as an adaptive tool however when we use it as a way of perceiving our self and sense of direction we run into serious problems…practically all our education has been focused on developing the rational mind with little attention given to the much more intelligent intuitive mind whose roots are in nature’s awesome instincts.

When we are able to suspend the narrow rational mind we allow the expanded intuitive mind to perceive the “large picture” and its many interrelationships….the intuitive mind perceives in images and feelings not in rational words or thoughts….when we experience these images and feelings it is then the job of our rational mind to interpret their meaning.

” “Wisdom is not a product of schooling but of the lifelong attempt to acquire it” ~ Albert Einstein
