FEELINGS OF ONENESS

“You and I are all as much continuous with the physical universe as a wave is continuous with the ocean.”
— Alan Wilson Watts

In 1982, scientists discovered that under certain circumstances subatomic particles such as electrons are able to instantaneously communicate with each other regardless of the distance separating them. It doesn’t matter whether they are 10 feet or 10 billion miles apart. Somehow each particle always seems to know what the other is doing. It is referred to as “entanglement” within quantum mechanics theory…it is important evidence suggesting the Universe is one intelligent process…and in ways supports Carl Jung’s theory of “synchronicity” and “collective unconscious”…also it is consistent with spiritual sages who have described the Universe as being Oneness.

What we call “everything” (the universe and beyond) is made up of a vast array of frequencies or vibrations. Human senses are based on a very limited number of frequencies. Humans are only able to visualize “objects” that reflect light. The frequency range of human sight is exceedingly small compared to what exists all around us.

Therefore, humans are unable to perceive alternate dimensions driven by other frequencies. Our five senses of sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell do not detect the many other different types of forms that exist in the universe. We are unable to fully sense the Oneness of the Universe… but instead our five senses create the illusion of separation as we are unable to perceive the connections between everything else. In reality, there are no objects in the Universe but only One Intelligent Flow of Energy.

We are unable to experience Oneness through our five senses or thought processes, but we can find this awareness from intuitive feelings flowing from our subconscious…infants are born with a feeling of Oneness and for the first year are totally at One with the environment…it is part of our inborn intelligence and can be recovered…shocking as it may seem, there is no one but Oneness…and all our thoughts, feelings and actions are an expression of Oneness and do not come from us…. the illusion of our personal separate self needs to be understood before we can be One with the outside…it is a common theme among many religions …along with hopes of finding our natural home by leaving behind the illusion of separation.

“Everything is the product of one universal creative effort. There is nothing dead in Nature. Everything is organic and living, and therefore the whole world appears to be a living organism.” ~Seneca(65 AD)
